Corporate Responsibility

Our developments are designed to environmentally friendly,  efficient and sustainable giving residents cost savings and our investors a high quality asset that will be comparably more economic to run as the investment in renewable energy has been made at an early stage.
At Twickenham our affordable housing development achieved Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 which was in excess of the Local Authorities requirement and incorporated Photovoltaic Panels on both the flats and houses and Heat Recovery Systems.
On Magenta House in Whitechapel we introduced both Photovoltaic Panels and a Heat Recovery System to the student accommodation and are aiming for a BREAM Excellent rating.

It is proposed that the Reading development will incorporate a CHP (Combined Heat and Power) system which will, despite its high initial installation cost, deliver significant reductions in energy requirements over the life of the scheme. The building has been designed to exceed the level required by the Local Authority in terms of BREAM.
